If you access or use this web site (the "Site"), you accept and agree to be bound
by and comply with the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not

of British Columbia to finally adjudicate or determine any suit, action or proceeding

SEVERABILITY

to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the
fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect
the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
